Any individual or entity purchasing a product or service is considered a “Client” and agrees to these terms upon completing a purchase via our secure checkout system.

• By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Article 2: Orders & Acceptance

Any order placed through Kris Ford Digital constitutes full acceptance of these terms, without exception.

• All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

• Due to the digital nature of our products, no physical shipping costs apply.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• PayPal (including PayPal Pay in 4 where available)

All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers. Kris Ford Digital does not store payment information.

Article 5: Delivery (Digital Products)

All products are delivered digitally.

• Access is typically granted immediately after purchase via email or login credentials.

• It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is entered at checkout.

Article 6: Refund Policy (ALL SALES FINAL)

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• You cannot “return” or revoke access once delivered

Article 7: Coaching / 1:1 Session Policy

If you purchase a 1:1 coaching session:

• You may reschedule your session if needed

• However, if you cancel or reschedule more than two (2) times, you will:

❌ Forfeit your session completely
❌ No refund or additional rescheduling will be provided

This policy exists because:

• Time slots are limited

• Last-minute changes prevent other committed clients from booking
